Parental Controls & Kid Mode
Parents manage all data and privacy settings for children under 13.
Kid Mode
View the app as your child sees it:

Go to Membership → Your Profile
3.
Tap Kid Mode under your child's name
4.
App now shows your child's schedule, stats, and progress
5.
Tap the banner at top to exit Kid Mode
Managing Children's Accounts
Parents can:

Add or remove child profiles
•
Control child's profile visibility
•
View child's training history and attendance
•
Sign waivers on behalf of children
•
Export or delete child's data
Children's Privacy Protections
•
Children under 13 cannot create accounts independently
•
No direct messaging between children and other users
•
AI Sensei provides age-appropriate responses for minors
•
No data collection from children without parental consent
•
Social features limited to dojo community with instructor oversight
To Manage Your Child's Privacy Settings
1.
Ensure you're NOT in Kid Mode (viewing as parent)
2.
Go to Settings → Family

Adjust privacy settings
Your Rights
Export Your Data
Download a complete copy of your personal data at any time.

Go to Settings → Data & Export
Or email privacy@support.judoka.ai with subject "Data Export Request"
Delete Your Data
Remove your personal information from our systems.

Go to Settings → Account
Or email privacy@support.judoka.ai with subject "Deletion Request"
Note: Waiver signatures and attendance records may be retained for legal/liability purposes as required by your dojo.
Delete Child's Data
Parents can request deletion of their child's data:

Email privacy@support.judoka.ai
2.
Subject: "Child Data Deletion Request"
3.
Include your name and child's name
We will process requests within 48 hours.
Disconnect Third-Party Services
Remove connections to external services:

Go to Settings → Connected Apps
3.
Tap Disconnect next to Whoop or other services
